Job Descriptions

We are seeking a dynamic HR Data Analyst to join our HR team. The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support strategic HR decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and employee surveys. Clean, validate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform HR strategies and initiatives. Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, diversity, and other HR functions. Conduct in-depth analyses to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management efforts. Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, integrity, and reporting processes. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR data analytics. Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably in a corporate HR or consulting environment.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL , Power BI, Power Automate and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and other HR technology solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
