Job Descriptions
Your Role: You are responsible for the delivery of operational excellence through your team by providing leadership + direction, while continuously optimizing production costs. Your Responsibilities: 1. To ensure operational excellence through high quality shipment management + export/import services. 2. To drive collaboration between Customer Service, Billing, Sales, Systems + Processes to deliver a great customer experience, along with developing of new + existing customer targets. 3. To ensure supplier relationships are created + pro-actively managed ensuring delivery to service level agreements (SLA) + Preferred Carrier Partners (PCP). 4. To drive air logistics procurement + carrier relation management, developing pricing strategies by liaising on pricing + RFQ preparation, maintaining + strengthening such relationships on the most senior levels. 5. To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information + knowledge across the organization. 6. To contribute as process owner to continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity. 7. To optimize proceedings to ensure the development of operational targets. 8. To undertake the responsibilities as the local Dangerous Goods Coordinator.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience as Team Leader
  2. Good team management and work prioritization
  3. Able to communicate in English is preferred
  4. Able to work 6 days for at least 2 weeks per month
