Job Descriptions
-New sales to clients such as developers, trading companies, manufacturers, and industrial parks.
-Acquiring the contract on the construction projects.
-Obtaining construction bidding information.
-Building trusting relationships with clients.
-Coordinating with the company's manager, design and architectural departments for bidding projects .
-Coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties.
-Collecting information on the construction industry and clients.
Qualifications
- -Thai Nationality
- -Male/Female
- -35 to 50 years old
- -Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- -Have experience in the filed of general construction company or Industrial Park.
- -Have a good connection with land developer, manufacturing company, logistics company, Industrial Park and etc.
- -Good command in English
- -Have working experience in Japanese company (Advantage)
- -Not so many job hopping
