Job Descriptions

1 Infrastructure Management; • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software. • Monitor and evaluate technology trends, recommending upgrades or changes to optimize performance and reduce risks. 2 Information Security and Compliance: • Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard data and systems. • Monitor and assess security vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data privacy and security. 3 Vendor Management: • Evaluate and select external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships. • Oversee the procurement process for IT-related products and services, ensuring value for money and quality. • Monitor vendor performance, resolving any issues or disputes that arise. 4 Budgeting and Resource Allocation: • Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services. • Allocate IT resources effectively, prioritizing projects and tasks based on business needs and available resources. • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or security. 5 Team Management; • Oversee and manage the IT department, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. • Provide guidance and mentorship to IT team members, promoting professional development and teamwork. • Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team. 6 Others • Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 10 years in IT field experience
Good communication in English
MS Office such as MS Excel
Windows Server
SQL
