Overall job objectives
1.This position has total responsibility of the overall Management of the Business Support Group consisting of Production Planning Dept. and Materials Planning Dept.
2.To lead and manage the Production Planning and Materials Planning group of the company through the training, motivating and directing of staffs towards higher efficiency and quality.
Key Areas of Focus
1.To recommend and implement management and operating policies to ensure the highest standard of performance the Business Support dept. to support the Company’s business.
2.To staff and train the departments’ personnel to be capable of accomplishing the defined duties and responsibilities.
3.To ensure orders for raw materials and placed on time for delivery to meet Sale Orders and in accordance with the Sale Forecast.
4.To recommend to senior management the management and disposition of all obsolete materials and slow-moving items, where necessary.
5. To monitor and resolve delinquent and outstanding parts issue.
6.To install discipline within the whole Business Support Department including regular performance appraisal and work plan review.
7.To supervise of both direct and indirect materials purchase and service requirements for the company
8.To supervise the procurement of Indirect material and Direct material must be the most utilization.
9.To ensure indirect / direct Materials are Systematically source with best price available According to Company’s policy of Purchasing
10.To coordinate with other departments for smoothly requirement.
11.To control and supervise the job function of subordinate.
12.To set meeting, transfer information to subordinate.
13.To supervise and develop the subordinate for highly efficient of work
14.Maintain and support all ISO systems.
15.Other as assignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Management position in Manufacturing Company.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Materials and Production Planning functions.
- Good command of English.
- A strong leadership.
- Strong management skills.
- Self-organized, self-motivated and target oriented.
