Job Descriptions

**Key Characteristics: Proficient in creating planograms, designing graphic layouts for shelves, and managing product displays** 1. Oversee Product Arrangement: Manage and control the display of products, ensuring alignment with the assigned concepts and guidelines. 2. Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the overall appearance of the store meets the standards outlined in the VM Checklist. 3. Design and Display Management: Handle the design and decoration of the shop, including arranging displays and designing signage. 4. Concept Development and Presentation: Recommend or propose decoration ideas, create models or plans, and present these concepts effectively. 5. Coordinate with Internal and External Teams: Collaborate with various departments and external organizations to ensure smooth execution of VM tasks. 6. Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame and budget. 7. Reporting: Accurately summarize and report results to Head Of O2O.

Qualifications

No gender preference; candidates should be 25 years old or above
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) is an advantage
At least 1 year of experience in Visual Merchandising
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), AutoCAD, or other relevant programs. Ability to enhance sales through effective product displays and create customer experiences with new ambiances.
Ability to understand and work with layout plans.
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Can use Spaceman program is an advantage
