Job Descriptions
1.Develop and agree comprehensive marketing calendars and budgets that successfully support the achievement of leads and appointments within agreed timeframes 2.Execute digital ad campaigns by managing, monitoring and optimizing cost and performance of ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/IG Ads and TikTok) 3.Assess areas of opportunities to scale up digital advertising according to market seasonality for greater ROI, as well as understand and implement feedback from contact center and sales teams. 4.Make effective use of analytic tools (Google Analytics etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, apply learnings /insights to drive better outcomes in future campaigns and track numbers of qualified lead generated vs. target for each company 5.Track conversion rates and assess campaign ROI and report back to management in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (or work experience equivalent)
  2. Proven language proficiency in both Thai and English
  3. At least 1 years of hands-on digital advertising experiences
  4. Have knowledge on advertising and analyst online channels (SEO/SEM, Facebook, Google Analytic etc.)
  5. Ability to manage advertising expenses to reach targets in the financial year
  6. Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results
  7. Good team player: eager to learn and grow in team environment
  8. Good interpersonal and communication and customer service orientation
