Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor check-ins, appointments, and assist with meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and functional.
Mail & Courier Services: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel bookings, accommodation, and transport coordination for company staff.
Invoicing & Petty Cash Management: Handle basic invoicing, expense reports, and manage petty cash under supervision.
Team Support: Assist various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Office Maintenance: Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
