Job Descriptions

- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy. - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. - Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Design and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture. - Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. - Manage and negotiate employment offers and terms with candidates. - Stay updated on business trends and best practices in recruitment. - Develop the SOP, process and procedure for the recruitment, providing interview guidance and training team. Team Management: -Lead and mentor a team of recruiters. -Provide guidance and training to ensure the team's success in achieving recruitment goals. - Monitor and evaluate the team's performance and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications

อายุ 30-40 ปี
มีประสบการณ์การเป็น Recruitment Manager อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
หากมีประสบการณ์การสรรหาร้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ทำงานเป็นทีม
มีความตรงต่อเวลาและรับผิดชอบสูง
มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ สามารถถ่ายทอดให้แก่ทีมงานในฝ่ายได้
