Job Descriptions• Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
• Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
• Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
• Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
• Attend any marketing events when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications - Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication skills, and good command in English
- Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Availability for both non-shift and shift roles (shift roles include daily shift allowance)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
