Job Descriptions

1、In the event of equipment or facility malfunction, you must arrive on site within 15 minutes. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 minutes, you must report it to your supervisor. 2、During the maintenance process, if the same type of malfunction occurs, promptly summarize and implement preventive measures daily to avoid recurrence. 3、For equipment or facilities requiring outsourced maintenance, a written application must be submitted and approved by relevant superiors before proceeding with outsourcing. During the outsourcing repair, you must follow up and assist throughout the process, and document the work after completion. 4、Continuously improve and refine maintenance methods and techniques, research and explore the best maintenance solutions to reduce equipment and facility failure rates.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with practical experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or improvement
Experience in maintaining and managing large equipment or production lines is preferred.
Familiar with the operating principles, maintenance, and repair methods of equipment.
Able to use various maintenance tools and equipment.
Able to adapt to shift work or overtime, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
