Qualifications
- Male or Female 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data management) and familiarity with purchasing software.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English to communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple suppliers and requests.
- High level of accuracy in managing and recording purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
- Good service mind
- Ability to work well with others and maintain positive interpersonal relation.
