Job Descriptions
Project role •Lead a team and To Involve Basically of Self-Maintenance, Critical spare part plan with Engineering teams in production line. •To Involve new project machine &equipment, new design with engineering and suppliers production line. Production role •Prepare of machine equipment to be ready to use, utilities, such as set up program and adjustment before production. •Setup cleaning program machine &equipment standard plan day to day and hygiene support to coordinate QC team. •Setup program operate training operation steps for using the machine in production team. •Desing document standard for check list machine &equipment support to Self- maintenance (cleaning, checking, retightening) of basically machine and equipment in production line. •Lead RCA root cause analyzing, problem solving machine minor stopped,defect error machine and equipment.
Qualifications
  1. •Thai nationality (Male) at least 35-38 years with minimum bachelor’s degree or advanced in Mechanical Engineer, Food Engineer, Food Science or related to Engineering field.
  2. •More than 3-5 years of total experience in Production from related Food, FMCG or food Processing Process, beverage process, and factory operation is a Plus.
  3. •At least 3-5 years of maintenance or production experience in Food & beverage industry.
  4. •Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
  5. •Knowledge of food hygiene systems , Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) , HACCP, ISO 9000, GMP
  6. •Pro-active and high ownership
  7. •Fair command in English languages.
