Job Descriptions
- Responsible for receiving goods, checking delivery notes with the actual orders.
- Responsible for stock tracker and assistant storeman.
- Maintain adequate parts stock level, and reorders when stock decrease.
- Maintain an orderly inventory system and sorting system.
- Liaise with Procurement and operations staff for items in stock.
- Responsible for preparing goods in stock and issue to requisitors.
- Prepare weekly stock list and send to Finance
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 2 years experiences working in any related function
- Fair command of written and spoken English
- Self-maintained and able to work in multi-cultural team and multi-task.
- Positive attitude, service mind, detail-oriented and flexible person
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Having experience in Oil and Gas Industry would be advantage.
