Are you an experienced booking agent with a background in air logistics, looking for the flexibility of working from home? Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Air Booking Management: Receive and manage air booking requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates, managing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to air bookings, including shipping instructions, airway bills, and invoices.
Communication: Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless booking and shipment processes.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to schedules
Remote Collaboration: Work independently from home while staying connected with the team through regular virtual meetings and communication.
Experience: Previous experience in air freight booking, logistics, or a related field is essential.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using booking and logistics software, as well as basic office tools like email, word processors, and spreadsheets.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
