Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
Accounting &Finance Management
Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring they meet deadlines and adhere to accounting standards.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
1. Internal Controls
Implement and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.
2. Compliance
Ensure the company's financial operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities.
3. Project Management
Lead ERP implementation project together with finance & accounting team and IT department
Collaborate with other departments across the company to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making to focus on the planning, execution, and completion of projects ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and maintain the company's budget, as well as create financial forecasts to help with strategic planning.
Lead in the development and monitoring of budgets.
Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow and coordinate cash management activities.
Supervise financial planning processes, including forecasting and budgeting.
Control fixed assets in all processes i.e... Record in the fixed assets register, calculate depreciation, and dispose of the assets.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting with a minimum 15 years of direct field experience, including at least 5 years at in Manager Level
- Accounting Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing / trading business is preferable.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements by accounting standards. Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements is important.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Thai Tax.
- A CPD/CPA License is an advantage
- System Analytical Skills in both Accounting and Business Process.
- Pleasant personality, leadership skills, service-minded, well-organized, active, fast learning, good relationship
- Computer literate in MS 365 in Account Role Dynamic AX, SAP, and ERP with good Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot, and Power BI.
- Can do attitude
