Job Descriptions
• To achieve budgeted sales in range of products through direct customers and specifier in own responsibility area. • Gather and discuss information on market intelligence, Pricing, Competitor activity of both existing and new market including product desirability and opportunity, etc. • To offer a high level of full customer services and technical backup to all customers in his or her responsibility area. • Work closely with a specified team & try to take benefit from specified work, act as an information source available to Contractors/ architect / consultant / owner / developer by maintaining a mix of communication channels to those groups for prompt response to enquiries.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in Construction materials business.
  3. Proven track record converting leads to customers.
  4. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Creative in explaining and presenting product solution / product concept in an easy-to-understand manner.
  6. Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills.
  7. Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation.
  8. Good command of spoken and written English.
