Job Descriptions
Portfolio required to apply. PDF or Website format preferred. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities in order to gain new engaged consumers and to incentivize more purchases from existing consumers across brands, in Fashion, Beauty and FMCG. Responsibilities - Create product landing pages, materials for online and offline marketing (including emails, display banners, social media). - Create compelling visual experiences optimized for user conversion, sign up, and retention. - Solve complex visual problems and provide creative direction and guidance to internal stakeholders. - Translate highly technical concepts into beautiful interactive design, illustrations, and infographics, maintaining visual excellence across all user touchpoints. - Develop tools, templates, processes and style guides to ensure brand consistency while championing design within our organization. - Work collaboratively on all design projects, from conception to delivery. - Design original pieces for digital platforms. (Websites, Display Ads) - Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Qualifications
  1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design and/or Visual Arts a plus.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role (branding, digital & print) either in-house or at an agency.
  3. Experience in managing multiple graphic projects and design projects.
  4. Digital marketing design experience, specifically social media, email & display ads.
  5. Proven past success creating designs that yielded revenue growth through sales or user conversion, with an exceptional portfolio showing examples of multi-channel design projects.
  6. Possess a strong understanding of media design, graphic tools and techniques.
  7. Adobe Creative Cloud; including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver & Webflow proficient.
  8. Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Creative and persistent problem solver.
  10. Attention to visual detail and accuracy on all phases of design process.
  11. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
  12. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
