Job Descriptions

Assistant Supply Chain Management Manager -To control overall Supply Chain Management, & Purchasing/Buyer for all direct, indirect in factory. -Manage day-to-day supply chain & Warehouse-logistics activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, cost effectiveness of the supply chain, & production. -Manage and review orders through the company's procurement system. -Track and control the delivery time of purchase orders, improve the accuracy of placing orders, and meet headquarters needs. -Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that adequate stock is available for customers. -Understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend new products or services to meet their needs. -Reviewing inventory records for accuracy and any possible problems with storing items -Working with other departments to coordinate activities such as shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods -Preparing reports detailing inventory levels and other supply chain data as needed -Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply of goods and services -Planning and implementing supply chain strategies that meet organizational goals -Actively involved in via ERP in data capturing and audit programs, physical inventory, cycle counting, delivery and non-conformance material flow process. -Lead and participate in other ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
8 years’ or above relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry with at least 5 years management experience, experience in metal sheet manufacturing industry preferred
Proficient in Thai, English and proficient in Chinese speaking & Writing is an advantage
Strong leadership and problem solving skills in a combination of communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and open mind to learning
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitie
Working knowledge of SAP, QAD, ERP (if any) system
Strong BOI knowledge is required.
Occasionally travel to Hong Kong and China office
