Job Descriptions

1. Check & record Customer payments (MT + Credit BKK +SD+Depot+C+Credit TT) 2. Record accrued promotion and settlement with payment (MT + Credit BKK +SD+Credit TT) 3. Record withholding tax for sale promotion payment ( MT + Credit BKK +SD+Credit TT) 4. Check & record purchase VAT documents of all tax invoice in responsilble area 5. Make billing note for sale to collection ( MT+ Credit BKK + SD ) 6. Review saleman expense and Post accounting record from CS ( CDM+Depot Mgr. + Van Trip + Credt) 7. Record Petty Cash Depot (HO+ Depot) 8. Check existing receipts with Aging Report 9. Reconcile Stock volume & value of Depot between Sale Tools vs SAP

Qualifications

เพศหญิง อายุ 26 - 30 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงินและบัญชี
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับดี
สามารถใช้ระบบ SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงาน
ทำงานละเอียดรอบคอบ
