Job DescriptionsResponsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Set and track marketing goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution across various channels, including digital, print, email, social media, and events.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials, channels, and platforms.
- Know the basic of marketing fields
- Be able to optimize in all Platform
- Be in charge for the sales operation on platform, including Lazada , Tiktok , Shopee or Others channel as assigned
- Responsible for all aspects of the E-Commerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns with platforms, tracking sales and well managing with ROI, retention and customer service
- Search for opportunities and innovations in E-Commerce and for new ideas to improve our customer's shopping experience, and drive traffic and sales
- Be able to lead and execute online campaign independently and reach the sales goal
- Closely watch market trend and customer behavior and conduct necessary reports and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze sale report every week for summarize the return
- Monitor and control budget before run out the campainge ads
- Plan the ads optimize strategy before run the campaign
