Job Descriptions
（need to report to China HQ,need to speak Chinese) 1. Overall management and arrangement of production work under jurisdiction and take primary responsibility. 2. Supervise and control production process. 3. Daily inspection and statistical summary of relevant reports. 4. Timely discovery, feedback and handling of problems. Job requirements: College degree or above, major in manufacturing/mechanics/management. Workshop work experience is preferred; high execution and overall planning ability. Familiar with computer office and mechanical principles.
Qualifications
  1. Over 25 years old, male or female, college degree or above;
  2. More than five years of manufacturing production management experience, with assembly workshop production management experience preferred;
  3. Have certain human resource management knowledge, familiar with how to reduce staff and increase efficiency, and create a harmonious working atmosphere;
  4. Have good organizational skills, planning skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and be proactive and responsible;
  5. Chinese speaking
