- Performance Evaluation System - Coordinator PMS
- Participate in the development of Tactical business plan regarding the Compensation and Benefit , Rewards, Salary Review , Incentive or bonus , Performance Management Process to ensure the achievement of the Operations Objective
-Enhance employee job effectiveness and morale by assisting HR --leader to arrange HR activities and the organizational development program
-Maintain the System - SAP
Qualifications - Bachelor ‘s Degree or Higher Degree in Human Resources Management or other related field
- Minimum 7 years of HRM and HRD Management with 5 years in management role is preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken, English and Thai
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Labor law
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Negotiation skill & Good Problem Solving skill
- Able to work with the employees at all levels
