Job Descriptions
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales planning and strategy. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and develop action plans to achieve them. 2. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, automotive dealerships, and industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base. Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Sales Operations and Reporting: Oversee the development and execution of sales processes, procedures, and best practices. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. 5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives. Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services. 6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets. Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget constraints. 7. Other related task assign by company.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  2. Able to communicate in Thai and English (or Thai and Chinese) proficiently.
  3. Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role within the automotive industry.
  4. Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, sales strategies, and service mind.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  8. Proficiency in CRM, NPS and other sales relate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and other events.
