Job Descriptions
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, product demonstrations, negotiation, and sales closing. Build customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing exceptional service. - Research and analyze market conditions to identify business opportunities and challenges. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to develop sales strategies aligned with market demands. - Oversee customer accounts by building strong relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and addressing customer concerns promptly. - Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports. Present findings and recommendations to management. - Identify and research potential clients for Property Management or related - Promote, Develop and maintain client relationships - Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals - Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders - Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople - Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines - Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services - Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders - Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed - Gather useful information from customer and competitor data - Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives - Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business - Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline - Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business - Track and report on the status of proposal components - Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals - Drive the end-to-end sales process - Prepare and submit sales contracts
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales, Aftersales, Customer service or Project Management.
  3. Good communication skill in English or Chinese is a must.
  4. Team Management by not limited to Sales but also Marketing and Coordinator
  5. Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  6. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful Sales Target
