Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for assisting managers in gathering and processing the information required for reporting.
2. Assist in internal and external audits and reviews of relevant business units.
3. Help improve the system Managing and editing agency documents Project Improvements Performance Evaluation Calculation Assisting managers in creating documents and managing daily routines, etc.
4. Assist salespeople in welcoming customers, managing meeting rooms, serving snacks to guests such as drinks, coffee, tea, fruit trays, cleaning cups and plates, etc.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- If experience in PCB is preferred, it will be preferred.
- Service mind, Good attitude, Positive thinking with the ability to work as a team.
- If you can communicate in Chinese or English, it will be preferred.
