Job Descriptions
1.Drawing (Master the requirements of the drawings.) 2.Equipment (Familiar with the use of machining centers or lathes On-site commissioning) 3.Cutting tool (Master the selection and parameter setting of commonly used tools, and refer to the tool manual to select tools) 4.Programs (CNC machining programs can be programmed using MasterCAM or other software，Optimization) 5.Fixture (According to the guidance of R & D to design drawings, and complete tooling production.) 6.Process specifications (According to the final requirements of the product, the process flow is formulated, and the operation SOP documents of the post and related equipment are prepared with the verification results.) 7.Process optimization (According to the actual situation, suggestions are put forward to improve the processing efficiency and output quality.) 8.Process control requirements (Understand the characteristics of the production site and solve the problem of processing defects at the production site)
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female
  2. Age 25-45 years old.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  4. More than 5 years of work experience is preferred.
  5. Identification of drawings, computer programming, machine adjustment, tool selection.
  6. Rich experience in on-site problem solving.
  7. If there is a problem, it can be fed back and communicated in a timely manner.
  8. Able to learn the job quickly.
  9. Able to strictly comply with the company's regulations.
  10. Able to travel to work by yourself
  11. Can work Monday-Saturday. (Time work 08:00-17:00)
  12. Can start work immediately (will be given special consideration)
  13. Can use the Mastercam program (Will be given special consideration)
