Job Descriptions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Review the good hygiene practices and good quality in procedures and Form which are requested from user for propose to manager. - Set up internal audit team, control IQA activities and summary to QMR. - Set up and control traceability, mock recall testing, mock crisis plan. - Set up for intrusion testing. - Benchmark supplier for third party audit such as BRCGS, RSPO, etc. for certified process. - Help operator for document control system such as issuing, destroy document.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Engineering/Food Technology or related field
  2. 2 years in food business and document control. (Better if have BRCGS food safety issue 9 , meat module 11, RSPO, GHPs &HACCP, risk assessment training.)
  3. Good skill for excel, word, ppt, pdf for arranging and correcting documents.
  4. Neatly for checking document.
  5. Fair or good for English language.
