Job Descriptions

1. สอน ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และเทคนิคการขายแก่พนักงานขาย Teach and provide information about products and sales techniques to Sales Team. 2. บริหารจัดการรายชื่อและจำนวนของลูกค้าให้สอดคล้องกับจำนวนของพนักงานขาย Manage Leads and number of customers in line with the number of Sales Team. 3. บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม ดูแลยอดขายของทีมให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ Manage, control, supervise the sales of the team to meet the goals set. 4. คอยให้คำแนะนำ ช่วยเหลือพนักงานขายรวมถึงวิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ Give advice and help sales team, including analyzing and finding solutions to problems. 5. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาตามข้อร้องเรียน/ข้อซักถามของลูกค้า Coordinate with relevant departments to find solutions to problems according to customer complaints/inquiries. 6. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและรายละเอียดลูกค้ารวมถึงสรุปและจัดทำรายงานการขายต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา Check the accuracy of information and customer details, including summarizing and preparing sales reports for supervisors. 7. สร้างแรงจูงใจและพัฒนาทักษะความสามารถของพนักงานขาย รวมถึงดูแลเรื่องความประพฤติและการปฏิบัติงานของทีมขาย Motivate and develop sales team skills including managing the conduct and performance of the sales team 8. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management

Qualifications

ขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรีด้านบริหารธุรกิจ ด้านการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์งานขายสินค้าทางโทรศัพท์ในธุรกิจTelesales, E- commerce หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์ต่างๆได้อย่างรวดเร็วและยืดหยุ่น
ทักษะการฟังและการวิเคราะห์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม
ทักษะการบริหารเวลา
ต้องใช้ Microsoft Office อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้
