Job Descriptions
Responsible for component and product development. Leading series development for product connectors. Leading problem solving and technical risk assessment. Leading cross-functional teams (development, purchasing, quality, manufacturing) Collaboration with engineering team in Vietnam (design, function, validation, testing)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
  2. Very good command in English (read, write, and speaking)
  3. Professional experience ≥ 5 years, preferably in field of product engineering
  4. Technical knowledge on plastic injection and material
  5. Technical knowledge on manufacturing technologies.
  6. Knowledge of FMEA, DRBFM, SAP
  7. Understanding manufacturing processes and test methods
  8. Data Postprocessing and statistical analysis
  9. Good communication and cooperation skills
  10. Self-structured and self-reliant mode of working
  11. Cross functional working mindset
  12. High sense of responsibility and motivation
  13. Mechanical design and CAD (NX)
