Job Descriptions
• Create a Marketing & Sales plan with Franchisee in Greater China to drive sell-out and create brand awareness. • Understand franchises’ expectations, and key distribution channel specifications within responsible markets. • Correspondent with franchisees, and who are interested in opening franchises. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet multiple deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail. • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports. • Organizing market research • Maintaining a marketing database. • Understanding company products and brands. • Creating copy for China various social media platforms like WeChat Weibo Xiaohongshu Douyin etc. • Creating content that is consistent with the company’s brand image. • Staying up-to-date with current social media trends and curating engaging content • Develop strategies to increase engagement on social media channels. • Analyzing metrics to measure the success and reach of the content. • Managing multiple social media accounts with accuracy and speed. • Collaborating with colleagues to create and curate content
Qualifications
  1. Chinese nationality only
  2. Good in spoken and written Thai is a must.
  3. Bachelor in Business, Marketing, International Business, e-Commerce or related fields.
  4. At least 2 years of experience in China Marketing / Export / China e-commerce experience is an advantage
  5. Strategic thinking with good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  6. Can do attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  8. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  9. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
