Job Descriptions

1.Develop and update production plans by reviewing purchase orders in the system, considering customer demands, raw materials, and production capacity to ensure that production meets the set targets. 2.Monitor production status and coordinate with related departments by holding weekly meetings to update production plans and ensure that production proceeds as scheduled. 3.Record production data, operating procedures, timeframes, and efficiency of personnel and machinery in the system, tracking progress and problem-solving actions to build a reliable database for planning and process improvement. 4.Analyze and improve production processes by collaborating with the production epartment, monitoring machine efficiency and production capacity to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 5.Coordinate in resolving issues that may impact production plans, such as machine breakdowns or manpower shortages, by providing recommendations, communicating potential impacts, and adjusting work plans to meet production targets. 6.Adjust production schedules in case of urgent orders by revising work plans, analyzing workforce capacity, prioritizing production, and coordinating with related departments to ensure a fast and efficient workflow. 7.Prepare monthly production reports, including issues and solutions, by collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for management decision-making. 8.Monitor and control the use of raw materials and other production resources by recording material usage data, establishing usage standards, and ensuring resource efficiency in the production process. 9.Create and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and thoroughly understand BOM structure to support production planning and inventory management. 10.Perform other tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and business goals.

Qualifications

Sex, Male/Female, Age 25-35 years
Experience in production planning for 5 years or more
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in the Automotive industry
Proficient in using computers in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to driving projects towards business and technical objectives
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and identify project risks
Good communication skills
Proficient in English
Able to travel to work by yourself
