Job Descriptions

1.Update customer order and forecast / 2.Real time update in system of order and forecast. 3.Maintain Order and FC with Sales 4.Issue/Update production plan 5.Follow/Update production plan and result with team 6.Review and Revise production plan as customer delivery 7.Support emergency order 8.Make production schedule of Sub-Contract (Plating & Machining & etc.) 9.Download/upload customer order and forecast via system 10.Prepare tag card from customer 11.Follow up production plan achievement 12.Update production capacity (Man & Machine) 13.Follow KPI and Company policy 14.Control sub-ordinate 15.Delivery control 16.Kaizen improvement 17.Key sale into system (Macro, Thomas) 18.Check and Control return customer box and pallet 19.Control production Tag (Plan, Result, Delay) 20.Update KPIs 21.Follow Company policy 22 Auditor and input data check Inventory activity

Qualifications

Sex, Male/Female, Age 25-35 years
Experience in production planning for 5 years or more
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in the Automotive industry
Proficient in using computers in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to driving projects towards business and technical objectives
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and identify project risks
Good communication skills
Proficient in English
Able to travel to work by yourself
