Job Descriptions

- Provide SAP L1 coordination and supports to business end-users. - Provide supports or collaborate with above market IT Team (offshore) for issue resolutions. - Provide TH-EN language translation support, if needed, between end-users and above market IT team(offshore)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System
SAP System Knowledge: Deep understanding and extensive experience with SAP system functionalities, SAP and master/transactional data, and system integration across modules
SAP Implementation Experience: Proven track record in SAP implementation project and sustain supports, Hands-on experience providing Level 1 (L1) support to end-users in Finance function.
Finance Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance business processes and end end to end integration with SAP system
Communication Skills: Good communication in English and Thai
