Job Descriptions

- Oversee and support Sales Logistics Team, including Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customs Clearance - Prepare and complete accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their logistics requirements - Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business across all logistics services. - Monitor and respond to emails and daily job requirements from both internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with various internal departments to support customer needs, solve problems, and implement solutions effectively - Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Chinese or any related fields
At least 2 years working experiences as Sales Coordinator, Business Development, Customer Service
Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or above)
Good command in English (TOEIC score 650 or above)
Capable in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skill and negotiation skills, Target-oriented as well as Customer service oriented
