Job Summary:
The Roadside Assistance Network Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of our automotive roadside assistance network, which includes both in-house fleets and external providers. This role requires consultation on complex roadside cases, continuous development and training of service providers, and ensuring that service delivery meets company standards. You will also manage data and reporting systems, analyze service outcomes, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult & Decision-Making: Provide expert guidance on roadside assistance cases, ensuring swift and effective service delivery. Work closely with service staff and providers to resolve issues and optimize service quality.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Regularly evaluate the performance of service stations and external providers. Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to maintain high service standards.
- Service Efficiency & Cost Management: Monitor daily roadside operations, manage claims costs, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in various systems, prepare detailed service reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Training & Development: Prepare and manage training materials for service providers, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in automotive service management or roadside assistance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in automotive services, leadership skills, and a passion for improving service delivery.
