ช่างเทคนิคการเตรียมแม่แบบ มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการสร้างต้นแบบ แม่แบบ แม่พิมพ์และแบบพิมพ์ใช้งานที่ใช้กับเครื่องหล่อแรงดันสูง ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการผลิตของบริษัทฯ หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 1. รับผิดชอบสำหรับช่างเทคนิคแม่พิมพ์ในการสร้างต้นแบบ แบบพิมพ์ แม่พิมพ์ แบบพิมพ์แรงดันสูงเพื่อให้ตรงตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ 2. สนับสนุนการผลิตเพื่อสร้างอุปกรณ์สนับสนุนเช่นอุปกรณ์จับยึดและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ 3. ติดตามผลการทดสอบกับทีม New Product Development 4. มีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ปัญหาการผลิตร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต 5. ควบคุมการสร้างงานให้ได้ตามแบบวาดและควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบในการสร้างงานให้ถูกต้องและให้อยู่ในงบประมาณ 6. รับผิดชอบงานทีได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานให้สามารถผลิตงานตามมาตรฐานการทำงาน (การตรวจสอบ การฝึกสอน และ การสอนงาน) โดยมั่นใจว่างานเสร็จสมบูรณ์อย่างมีคุณภาพภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 7. ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าแผนก, ผู้จัดการในการผลิตงานรับหน้าหน้าผลักดันงานให้สำเร็จและมีประสิทธิผลตรงตามเป้าหมายและแผนงาน
Qualifications
  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง
  2. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1 ปี ทำงานในตำแหน่ง ช่างเทคนิคในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
  3. มีความรู้ด้านเซรามิกส์ด้านการพัฒนาโมลด์
  4. มีความรู้เรื่องอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือวัดและอ่านแบบได้
  5. ยึดมั่นในการทำงานเป็นทีม
  6. มีความรู้ความชำนาญเป็นอย่างดีในเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตเครื่องใช้บนโต๊ะอาหาร
  7. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
