Job Descriptions

Key responsibility: - Design and control the project schedule. - Identify project risk/issue, provide action plan/mitigation plan to solve problems and/or escalate to supervisor in a timely manner. - Manage day-to-day project management in alignment with GC standard and process. - Execute tasks and delegate tasks to project team members. - Organize project team meetings and record minutes of meetings. - Organize and facilitate sessions with related internal and external parties, be able to lead discussion and draw a conclusion. - Communicate project’s progress to team members and project stakeholders. - Provide regular reports i.e., project progress report, project steering committee presentation, etc. - Develop other project documentation as per assignment. - Provide administrative support to project team.

Qualifications

Total 2-4 years working experience in project management.
Able to understand and communicate in English.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or other related fields.
Certificates are advantage.(PMP,Scrum, etc.)
Strong technical skills and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in Insurance project or industry is Advantage.
