Job Descriptions
- To control productivity to achieve as targets and summary daily and monthly report to manager.
- To observe and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
- To handle and control the performance of the following department production, good receiving, quality control, maintenance in order to achieve the company's targets.
- Managing related department in company's.
- To perform work with Quality system. Environmental system and Management system.
- To provide continuous improvement to achieve QCDS of company goal and objectives.
- Meeting production room and follow up problem.
- In process control check actual and review operator for department.
- Other job assign by Manager.
Qualifications
- เพศ หญิง อายุ 35-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา อนุปริญญา หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง
- ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารอย่างดี
- มีทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพอได้
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุแก้ไขปัญหาได้
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี โปรแกรม Office พื้นฐาน
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, RoHS and 5s.
- หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Spray จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
