Job Descriptions
1.Arrange inspector daily jod, monitor inspector follow WI to do. 2.Response 5S of working area, lead member to finish machine maintain and record. 3.Training new inspector and machine operation. 4.Collect, summarize and record shift inspection result, buyoff inspection result, any abnormal data should be highlight to supervisor. 5.Daily and weekly report summarize and report prepare 6.Deal with and finish member attendance, including daily overtime, leave, the plan of shift arrangement, the resign, absenteeism, etc. 7.Feedback working issues or other issues (and make good suggestions if possible), whenever there is any found, etc. 8.Any other duties that supervisor assigned.
Qualifications
  1. High school or above
  2. Has at least 1 years’ experience of quality management and the management skill for grass roots
  3. Familiar with process quality control and FPC manufacture process
  4. Ability to communicate in computer skill, excel, word skill.
  5. Able to support overtime and rotating shift arrangement
  6. Chinese speaking skill is perferred
