Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives and projects. - Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, private cloud and telecommunications. - Oversee the IT support team and ensure high-quality technical support for all site internal users. - Develop and maintain incident response plans to address hardware, software, network and core business software issues. - Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company regulations - Manage IT documentation, ensuring completeness, updates, and proper storage. - Evaluate and manage vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle. - Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with internal department and business stakeholders. - Coordinating for application/system training to internal users.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
  2. Minimum 7 years’ IT experience with 5 years at IT management or IT Project management role
  3. Experienced in IT infrastructure management, including networks, Microsoft servers, storage systems, virtualization, Cloud applications, and data backup.
  4. Experience in IT Operation and Support, and IT Project Management.
  5. Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations, as well as experience implementing cybersecurity measures.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies, aligning technology with business objectives.
  7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of IT professionals.
