Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: Gather and document user requirements and concerns, analyzing them to develop new ideas that enhance overall system functionality. Coordinate effectively between users and the IT development team to ensure alignment on project goals. Collaborate with IT teams to create high-level designs for end-to-end (E2E) solutions, ensuring that business requirements are integrated into technical designs. Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, user stories, UX/UI designs, test cases, user manuals, and other relevant materials. Perform application testing in accordance with user requirements, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive reports on test results and identified issues. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex information. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal. ( For meeting and communication level ) Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with documentation tools and methodologies for process flows, use cases, and testing. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications
