Job Descriptions

-Manage and execute daily operation of claims section, co-ordinate the processing and settlement of claims. (performing routinely in Marine cargoes / Carrier Liability claim process from receiving claim, consider and present to upper level for approval until make payment to insured) -Negotiate, discuss with other relate person to settle claims correctly. -Resolve claims up to specified settlement authority. -Survey and inspect damage cargoes. -Reply all queries / questions from all internal and external customers. -Handle for recovery/ be witness in the court and handle for salvage issue. -Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the company. -Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
At least 3-5 years working experience either in Marine claims with insurance companies or loss surveying or logistic
Good in English both writing and speaking
Proficiently in Computer Literacy
