Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงาน กับ Sgipping ภายนอก เพื่อวางแผนการเคลียสินค้า 2.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารนำเข้าทั้งหมด 3.ติดตามสถานะของสินค้า ตั้งแต่สินค้าออกจากต้นทางจนถึงคลังสินค้า 4.วางแผนประมาณการสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า 5.กำหนดแผนการรับสินค้าเข้าคลัง และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6.ทำเอกสารแจ้งสินค้าเข้าคลังล่วงหน้า 1 วัน 7.ติดตามเอกสารต่างๆ จาก Suppliers 8.ตรวจสอบเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายนำเข้าและเคลียสินค้า(หากมีปัญหาจะประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง) 9.คัดเลือกและประเมินผู้บริการ 10.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 28-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี คณะบริหาร สาขา จัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน FDA , NSW, FSW หน่วยงานราชการอื่นๆในระดับปานกลาง - สูง
  5. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานโลจิสติกส์เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่พิมพ์สื่อสารได้
  7. สามารถใช้ โปรแกรม MS Excel , MS Word
