Job Descriptions

-Develop and seek for new opportunity to gain sale and company benefit to support company growth -Set Business performance target and develop Sales plan to achieve target. -Analyze business development opportunity and develop business expansion plan. -Manage and lead a team. -Explore opportunity to increase revenue in our stores. -Drive customer traffic to achieve sales target. -Provide recommendations on areas focus of improvement, key business, and issues that impact business operations to support in term of solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economic, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Feasibility Study or any related
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and result oriented.
A must to travel to branch visiting every week or depending on project plan schedule.
Capable of going upcountry.
