Job Descriptions
Primary Responsibilities: •Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and shipping finished goods •Ensures timely and accurate tracking of materials •Ensures materials are received and released in a timely fashion •Accurate recording of export goods •Warehouse in and out documentation •Goods delivery and logistics company coordination •TPM of forklift and warehouse equipment •Maintain customer site consignment inventory •Handles domestic and international shipments •Prepares necessary documents/customer requirements (ASN, Barcoding) •Supervises e-booking balance and related daily operations •Maintains documentation for customs, import and export goods •Inventory Management •Cycle Counting •RMA material support
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Warehouse management in the HVAC industry.
  3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies.
  4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
  8. PMP certification is a plus.
