**Responsibilities:**
- **Marketing Communication:**
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies.
- Create and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
- Coordinate with graphic designers to produce marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- **Sales:**
- Drive sales to meet company targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers.
- Present and sell products to customers in the showroom and through other sales channels.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- **Customer Service:**
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Provide product information and consultations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain the showroom display.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication, sales, and/or customer service.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing tools.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
