Job Descriptions
Chaw Cher is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This unique role combines marketing communication, sales, and customer service responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities:** - **Marketing Communication:** - Develop and execute marketing communication strategies. - Create and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing channels. - Manage online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). - Coordinate with graphic designers to produce marketing materials. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - **Sales:** - Drive sales to meet company targets. - Identify and acquire new customers. - Maintain and build relationships with existing customers. - Present and sell products to customers in the showroom and through other sales channels. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts. - **Customer Service:** - Welcome and assist customers in the showroom. - Provide product information and consultations. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Manage and maintain the showroom display. - Support the sales team with administrative tasks. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication, sales, and/or customer service. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing tools. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or related industries. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office - Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong customer focus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication, sales, and/or customer service.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing tools.
  4. Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or related industries.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  8. Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong customer focus.
  9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
