Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory processes and procedures, and organizational change policies to support HR strategies.
- Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a HRBP, preferably in Electric Appliances, E-Commerce, Retail business
- Understand manpower planning model
- Good command in English skills, (Chinese is plus)
- Can do attitude, growth mindset, willing to work with multicultural
