Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: - Accounting Management:Handle daily accounting tasks, including recording journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and verifying invoices. - Financial Reporting:Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. - Budget Management:Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor actual spending against the budget, providing variance analysis and recommendations for improvement. - Tax Compliance:Manage the company’s tax filings, ensure compliance with Thai tax laws, and implement tax planning strategies. - Audit Support:Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and data to auditors. - Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring the efficient use of funds. - Cost Control: Participate in cost accounting and provide cost analysis reports to help optimize the company’s cost structure. - Contract Review: Review financial terms in contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. - Other Duties: Perform additional financial-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting. Familiarity with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in Thai and English for business communication; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Capable of performing under pressure.
Knowledge of Thailand’s BOI policies and Free Trade Zone (FTZ) financial procedures is a plus.
