Job Descriptions
Skills •Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, negotiating deals, and presenting properties. •Sales Skills: A strong ability to sell and persuade is crucial, including understanding customer needs, presenting properties effectively, and closing deals. •Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is key to building and maintaining client relationships. •Networking: Building a network of contacts within the real estate industry and community is valuable for finding new clients and staying informed about market trends. Experience •Real Estate Experience: candidates with prior experience in real estate sales or a related field. •Sales or Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales or customer service can be advantageous, even if it’s outside real estate. Personal Qualities •Motivation and Self-Discipline: Real estate sales can be highly competitive and require a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
Qualifications
  1. Open to all genders, aged 25 and above
  2. Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  3. At least 2 years of work experience in a related industry
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, self-confident, and possesses good personality
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  6. Able to work under pressure with patience and emotional maturity; can handle urgent tasks effectively
  7. Diligent, motivated, eager to learn, and proactive
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  9. Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
  10. Proficient in English, with capable speaking, reading, and writing skills
