- บริการลูกค้า ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าทางแชทออนไลน์ (Shoppee,Lazada,Tiktok)
- ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
- ทำเรื่องเคลมสินค้าให้ลูกค้า ในกรณีที่สินค้ามีปัญหา
- ดูแลระบบหลังบ้านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
- อายุ 22 - 28 ปี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ ใจเย็น ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- ปรับตัวเร็ว มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ (OT)
